If you’ve ever called our Brooklawn location on the phone, you’ve probably already met our fantastic office manager. Julie Oliver has been the office manager at Brooklawn Services for two years. She has been a valuable part of Brooklawn’s operational developments and day-to-day successes. With her recent focus on learning Brooklawn’s new software, we’re so happy to have a quick learner of technology on our team. Julie has been essential in making customer relations management smoother and more efficient, providing homeowners and businesses with better services.

Professional Journey

Julie has had many years of administrative assistant experience, especially working with local business owners in Muncie. Her years of experience in management have given her all the skills to excel at Brooklawn. She’s worked in a variety of industries with patrons of all types, giving her the ability to problem-solve for any Brooklawn customer.

“I started out managing local tanning salons, then moved on to work with a friend to assist her in growing her cleaning business while creating a new concession business to then working for a local electrician and running that office.”

Personal Life

Being active outdoors with her family is one of her favorite things to do outside work. Julie enjoys watching her kids play sports, spending time with family and friends, kayaking, camping, and being involved at Lifepoint Church.
