Tree & Shrub Care
Control Plant-Damaging Insects, Receive Expert Care, See Green Results
Protect Your Plants and Trees
Our tree and shrub program consists of up to 4 insect and disease foliar spray applications, root zone fertilization, borer soil injections, and dormant oil treatments. Programs are tailored to meet the needs of your plants and lawn goals.

What To Expect
Tree & Shrub Evaluation
Your technician will assess your landscape to understand and determine the specific needs of your trees and shrubs. They perform deep root fertilizations, check the soil conditions of your plants, and inspect the plants for bagworms and Japanese beetles.
Disease, Infestation & Soil Control
Our Tree & Shrub Care is the professional approach to keeping your plants healthy. After inspection, our technicians apply treatments that prevent bagworms and Japanese beetles from returning. Trees & shrubs are also checked for any indication of disease or other potential threats.
Treatment Plan
Our recommended four treatments per year provide the essential protection and nutrients your trees and shrubs need to thrive. This plan combats seasonal pests and diseases, enhancing the health, vigor, and color of your plants. Since pests and diseases can change with the seasons, we adjust our treatments to address the specific challenges your ornamentals face throughout the year.
Great Additions for Complete Care
We offer customizable add-on services to your care plan to address your lawn's specific needs. Our additional services include lawn care, aeration, foundation insect control, and mosquito control. Fill out our service quote form to connect with our expert technicians and build a plan just for you.
Tree & Shrub Care Made Simple
How can I tell if my tree/shrub is sick?
A: Discolored or spotted/blotched leaves, bare limbs, trunk or bark splitting among other things are signs that trees/shrubs are stressed. If you see any of the above on your trees or shrubs, we recommend a professional evaluation. Give our team a call today!
Q: How often should I water my trees/shrubs?
A: Several factors help determine how often trees/shrubs need to be watered, including the variety of plant, age, weather and soil type. Some plant species need more or less water than other species. This, combined with how wet or dry the weather has been, and how well the soil drains are usually a good place to start in your determination of proper watering amounts.
Q: When and how often should I prune?
A: Pruning your trees and shrubs will vary by variety of plant. Some ornamentals can be trimmed in late spring and early summer when new growth becomes erratic. Others may need to be pruned just before or after the first fall freeze.
Q: What insect is damaging my tree/shrub?
A: Various types of pests may affect your trees and shrubs in our service area. A few common damaging insects include Japanese Beetles, Bagworms, Aphids, Spider Mites, a variety of Scales and Borers. If you think you have a feeding pest, we recommend a professional evaluation and diagnosis to help determine the proper program and treatment. Give our team a call today!
Q: Should I fertilize my trees/shrubs in the spring?
A: We typically fertilize in the fall with a slow-release, year-long fertilizer. This helps give plants a boost coming out of stressful summer conditions and helps promote food storage for the winter months.
Q: What should I do to protect my trees/shrubs over the winter months?
A: We recommend a fall fertilizer for your trees and shrubs. In some cases, dormant oils are recommended to help reduce symptoms of winter drying in evergreens. Also, some plants can be pruned back to help prevent winter damage.
Q: My ornamental trees and shrubs are big and look good, why should I apply treatments?
A: Our program is designed to be a preventative program and not just addressing the damage that is, or already has, occurred. This means early applications will help reduce the effects of insects and disease.
Q: Do you treat all the plants on the property?
A: We practice responsible pesticide usage and do not treat plants that do not need to be treated to help lessen the effects on the environment.
Q: Are the products safe for people and pets?
A: Like the products we use on your lawn, we recommend staying off treated areas until dry. Usually, the treatments are dry within 2 hours of application. Then normal activity, use, and play on the lawn can resume!

Wonderful to deal with, I have three puppies and it is very important that we know when they will be here so we can make sure the puppies are secure. We were informed the evening before and the day of. We also have a very wet backyard … More and they worked with us on the equipment requirements we needed to service the yard. Highly recommend them!
