Insect Control
Our Foundation Insect Control solutions protect your home or business from the invasion of pesky insects like spiders, ants, and centipedes trying to make their way in. Applications are performed outside putting an 8-foot barrier around the entire exterior base of your home or business to keep surface-dwelling insects away.
Treatment Plan
For season-long protection, our technicians recommend up to 5 applications per year, beginning early May when temperatures rise and continuing through October. Each application lasts up to six weeks and will ensure unwanted insects stay out.

Q: How do I know if I need Foundation Insect Control?
A: If you’re noticing more ants, spiders, or other crawling insects near your home or business, it’s a sign that they might be looking to get inside.
Q: Are the treatments safe for my family and pets?
A: Yes! Our treatments are safe for both people and pets once they dry, usually within an hour of application. You can resume normal activities after that. Products are all EPA tested and approved for use where people live, work, and play. Our technicians will leave notes for each application.
Q: Will the treatments stain or damage my foundation or landscaping?
A: No, our treatments are designed to be safe for your foundation and surrounding landscaping. They create an invisible barrier that won’t leave marks or cause damage.
Q: Do I need to be home during the application?
A: Not at all! Our technicians perform the treatment entirely outside, so you don’t need to be home. Our technicians will leave a flag in the lawn after work was completed.
