Lawncare Technician
The Lawncare Technician works as a member of the field production team and is responsible for the application of fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides to turf and trees and shrubs for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time, twelve-month position. Once trained, you will be expected to run a daily route to service lawns, as well as communicate with customers. Technicians must be able to operate a variety of equipment and have a working knowledge of grounds maintenance practices. Responsibilities start with understanding our company culture and connecting that culture to the required service delivery model. Must understand vague and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations; must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people. A positive attitude and the aptitude to grow with our business model will be the foundation of your success with Brooklawn Services.
Lawn Care Sales Specialist
The Lawn Care Sales Specialist is an instrumental piece to help our company continue to grow and prosper and must be committed to the mission, vision, and values of the company. The position would be based out of the Muncie office and will cover the Muncie, Anderson, and Greater Indianapolis areas. The main responsibilities for this role would be the development of a repeatable sales process/system, new sales prospecting for commercial and residential clients, and closing new sales as well as renewing existing customer accounts.
